So the meta shifts around a bit. Sanctuary and Stronghold OTK have an easier time now, since the meta shifted to a control creature meta.
Zardoc Mass Aoe, Light and Earth Unique, and alot of drops -eq, is, sunburst, word of light - some with 1 drops some without but all with 3 bramble and the usual stronghold tanky stuff and the Wyvern to use bloodthirst with ure aoe - I think this deck is around t2, because recurring banshees are a pain
Necro Reanimator: -Adarmalik 4/6/1 with spells and atropos, or 6/4/1 with neverending banshees - Seria 6/1/4 reanimator bridges/banshees/seria legion/last order sometimes a lone str of sea - Fleshbane same as seria, additiona - Nergal 6/2/2 with arianas lair never ending banshees - Some played with wild spirits some without 1 drops but hangman tree and tamed spirits and also moonsilk skeletons
Dhamiria Creatures, Board Wipes Fire/earth Unique - Bolts, eq is, both uniques, earth grasp - hellfire maniac doomlord lilim, and usual earlygame - either manaic no eq and pao, or eq/earth graps
OTKs: - Slowpoke *loosing grip in the meta* - Stronghold OTK *very good against anything that is not dhamiria or using earth grasp* - Sanctuary OTK *more consistent early game survival than slowpoke, but gets hit by xomic *balance or realingment* alot more than she other OTKs.

I was wondering if earth grasp is worth it in my Zadok stronghold deck (the one you call tier 2). Many of the (cursed!) otk decks seem to rely on quick attack creatures.
I find it not enough to use one of the event cards vs otk. Seems like it comes to late or too early.
A good analysis btw, thanks.

Excellent summary. I don't have a tier 1 deck, but your summary fits my experience.. I can't beat banshee recursion at all, at least not with 4 banshees in the deck.
Thank you.

OK, so I built my own banshee recursion (if you can't beat them, join 'em).
I only have 2 banshees, but so far I have been very impressed. Lost to a Kelthor rush, but have won everything else.
It turns out that decay spitters (or whatever the poison spider is called) are strong enough to be worthwhile recurring as well.
