Just a shout out. 
While it's clear that the DOC devs are targeting a very active community and forum based participation on their own site/forum, I see a lot of value in having this Unofficial Fans-run forum.
This forum is not meant to clash against the Ubi one; instead it runs complimentary. Because it's run by community and a team of friendly fellows, we tend to be more adaptable - being able to manage sub-forums and sections like Decks (Competitive, Fun, Budget, etc) more easily.
A look at the Assassin's Creed Recollection Forum (run by the similar team):

In fact, when Guilds come into Duel of Champions competitive play, it's likely that each Guild have have their own 'free' forums; instead of using any of the "structured" official ones that ubi might created.
Right now, this forum is kinda bare; that's because things are still evolving and in an early stage. Once things heat up, I am sure new sections will be created.
Lastly, this forum is accessible through the Proboards app for iOS and Andriod.
