Made account, Chose Inferno Faction but got no cards.

So, I made an account prior to this one and chose Necro. Decided I wanted to try Inferno so I made a new account. After selecting my faction for this account, A screen popped up saying "Unknown error has occured" and then went to the campaign dialog like normal. After getting to the last mission in the tutorial, (The one where you need your own deck) I couldn't play because i had no cards. So i checked the cards and decks page, and i had 0 cards. Lol pls help?
